Two: We determine the best way for you to send your data to Anvil – scanning, faxing, overnight mail – whatever is easiest for you.Anvil will then prepare a quote for your monthly accounting fees. Because we’re committed to helping you achieve financial success, we use a fixed, monthly billing system rather than keeping you on the clock, which can become very costly. You won’t have any surprises with our monthly bills.
Three: Connect with your personal bookkeeper. We’ll get your system in place, and your bookkeeper will assist you with the smooth transition of your accounting work. Throughout the year, we will work closely with your CPA.

A graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA, Maria has more than 20 years of company controller, payroll, accounting, and bookkeeping experience. Maria’s diverse background allows her to create customized full-service accounting strategies for her clients. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
